Author information: I used to be thin and weak.?And?I was afflicted for years with lumbar disc herniation¡¢ mild stenosis and spondylosisthesis of lumbar spine , which prompted me to seek for treatment, such?as, traction¡¢manipulation and sacral epidural block , but I had hardly been free from pain.?In 1996, my low back was sprained again, with symptoms and signs of lumbar disc herniation, namely, pain in the sprained part spreading to the leg and tenderness.?I could not move freely, nor turn my body over when in bed.?Suffering the harm and failing to get obvious effects even after resorting to many doctors, I have always been seeking for a special effective method and finally find an easy and effective resolution after a long-term learning, study, attempts and conclusions. Unexaggeratedly speaking, it is an integrated nice method integrating Chinese traditional bone setting, traditional wushu, modern physics and anthropo-mechanics. The 3rd day of my exercises, my lumbago and?leg?pain?distinctly?improved,?After practising for two weeks according to this method, my symptom of lumbago and sore legs completely disappears and never recurs till now.?Later on, I introduced this method to my friends and colleagues to popularize it.?Of the 100 persons that suffered from the disease 98 recuperated by this rehabilitative exercise with the exception of 2 cases which were not supervised by myself.
